The Work
The roofline takes the worst of the weather and is usually where termites and rot show up first. We replace fascia boards, soffits, rake boards, eaves, and exterior trim with properly sized lumber, milled to match your existing profile, installed plumb and tight, primed on all six sides, and finish-painted to match the surrounding trim.

Pull the rotted boards back to sound rafter ends.

Sister or splice rafter tails where the wood is compromised.

Mill new fascia/trim to match the existing profile and reveal.

Prime all six sides before install — this is what makes it last.

Finish-paint to match. Caulk and seal terminations.

Will the new fascia match the existing?

Yes. We mill to your existing profile (1x6, 2x6, custom shapes). On older homes with non-standard sizes we plane and rip lumber to match exactly.
Is gutter removal part of the job?

Usually yes. We remove and re-hang gutters as part of the work. If the gutters themselves are damaged or undersized, we'll flag it before the job starts.
